TypeCoach^® is a communication system which enables leaders, team members and sales professionals to improve their everyday interactions by learning to adapt their communication to the personality type of others. Leaders, managers and salespeople who are adaptive communicators perform better.

As an application tool rather than psychometric assessment, TypeCoach puts personality type into practice, allowing users to verify their best-fit type and engage with content specific to that type to maximise their career potential. By placing emphasis on how knowing your own and others’ personality preferences can optimise communication and make meeting business objectives easier, TypeCoach can also be used by business coaches and human resource practitioners to improve communication efforts, especially in relation to diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and retention, team development and building, change and transformation and innovation initiatives.

TypeCoach is not a psychometric assessment and can be used by anyone who wishes to experience the benefits applying Type in their team or organisation.

MBTI certified practitioners do not require TypeCoach certification training.

The TypeCoach system components include:

• 12-month access to all the features on the platform. An annual renewal fee is payable at the end of the 12-month period.

• The Verifier which helps you learn about the four key preferences of type and assists in making informed decisions about your type preferences, after learning about all of them.

• Type-to-Type tool provides communication advice based on the combination of any two types. The interactive Type chart provides 10 tips for how to effectively communicate based on your and their type preferences. Click on any team members name to get top ten tips for working with them based on YOUR type and THEIR type.

• Online Coaching Videos answer the “now what?” question by providing each personality type with the top 5 secrets of success unique to their personality type. Viewers receive information specific to overcoming common challenges or making the most of their natural strengths – based on their personality type.

• Online Training Videos provide on-demand access to the signature Influence Course. This is a great way for new hires to learn about TypeCoach as a part of a shared language and culture at an organisation.
