
Children's Depression Inventory 2 (CDI 2)

The Children’s Depression Inventory 2 (CDI2) quantifies depressive symptomatology using reports from children/adolescents; teachers, and parents. When results from the CDI 2 are combined with other sources of verified information, the CDI 2 can aid in the early identification of depressive symptoms, diagnosis of depression and related disorders and monitoring of treatment effectiveness.

The CDI 2 measures depressive symptomology on the following scales:

Development of targeted treatment plans
Conduct clinical research
REPORT OPTIONS
The CDI2 has the following software report available:
- Assessment Report: provides detailed results from one administration.
- Progress Report: provides an overview of change over time by combining results from up to four administrations.
- Comparative Report: provides an overview of the child’s symptoms from a multi-rater perspective and highlights inter-rater differences in scores from up to five different raters.
