WRISc Certification Training

Learn how to use the WRISc to covertly measure counterproductive work behaviour to screen out the bad apples when making hiring decisions.

e-Learning

Developed in South Africa, the Work-related Risk and Integrity Scale (WRISc) is currently the only assessment of its kind looking at dark personality. It uses the theoretical principles of the dark triad of personality (Narcissism, Machiavellianism and Psychopathy) to predict deviant behaviour in the workplace. As the WRISc measures normal personality it is not intimidating or threatening to candidates. It is applicable at all organisational levels and has been used successfully from entry level to leadership positions.

Become certified on the WRISc through our new eLearning course. The course consists of five modules, which will give you an in-depth understanding of the instrument, including its theoretical underpinning and its practical application.

Course outline:

  1. Introduction and Background

  2. The WRISc Assessment

  3. Research

  4. Practical Application

  5. Final Examination
