My candidate never received the invite, e-mailed from the EQ-i 2.0 portal

If you sent the invitation from, it is possible that the email would have been blocked by your candidates’ mail server.
If the email is not in their Junk Mail folder, you can log onto your portal to resend the invitation from your own email

  1. Log onto your EQ-i 2.0 portal (Login details where e-mailed to you by our JvR’s Client Services)
  2. Click on My Dashboard on the top menu bar
  3. Click on the logo of the assessment where your invitation was created
  4. Click on Manage on the left hand side of your screen
  5. Click on Invitations on the menu that opened
  6. The block that opens has tabs on the top; click on Pending Invitations
  7. Search for the candidate name by using the filters provided
  8. Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the candidates’ name
  9. You will see an option named Email Invitation: Click here
  10. You can highlight the content of the letter; right-click and copy
  11. Paste the content into your email and send as a new message from your email
